With over 20 years in the communication industry, specializing in media, marketing and advertising Shawn brings vital knowledge to The Agency Advertising Group. Passionate about building brands, his experience in diverse industry segments gives his clients an unparalleled pool of creative resources and guidance to achieve their marketing objectives. With deep roots in entertainment and experience in far-reaching categories from automotive to hospitality, Shawn leads his team of strategists, digital thinkers and creative minds who work together to build brands and excite action. Shawn also oversees and manages the sales operation of The Agency Advertising Group, utilizing only the most talented staff that provides successful media buying services in the marketplace.

ADAM OPITZ

VP MARKETING/SALES

Marketing and advertising veteran Adam Opitz has helped run operations of The Agency Advertising Group for over ten years. In addition to overseeing the marketing, business development, media buying and planning at The Agency, Adam has also produced dozens of commercials, videos, short films and reality TV projects. Prior to his tenure VP of Marketing and Sales at The Agency, Adam worked in a number of capacities in the film business. When he moved to Los Angeles in 2003 he managed the development department for Eclectic Pictures. Before that he worked in acquisitions and development for Samuel Goldwyn Films in NYC, notably serving as the sole representative for Goldwyn at the first ever Tribeca Film Festival in 2002. Adam’s career in film began in 1999 in the development department of Scout Productions in Boston. In addition, he currently serves on the Board of Directors for Stand for the Silent, a non-profit organization that raises awareness about the harsh reality of bullying and the devastation it causes. Adam attended grad school at Boston University where he received his MFA in Film & TV.
